Gaia-ESO working group pages
Gaia-ESO publications All journal publications using Gaia-ESO data are to be posted here at least 3 weeks prior to journal submission. Following the Publication-Policy.pdf rules, Survey Co-Investigators may request co-authorship. The Publication Policy defines two groups of authors. Co-Investigators, who are identified in the link a few lines above, and Builders, who are listed here, with the list as approved by the Steering Committee in May 2012 Gaia-ESO-Builders.pdf. Conference talks and posters which do not involve unpublished data are unrestricted, and encouraged. Please send us a copy.
Gaia-ESO projects All planned research activity, including early Science Verification, and that involving follow-up of sources discovered to be of interest from Gaia-ESO data, is to be announced here prior to implementation. Several science categories are identified, under which projects should be listed. Following the rules in the Projects-Policy.pdf Survey Co-Is may join the planned activities. The Survey rules on use of as-yet unpublished data on Gaia-ESO targets are described here Private-Data-Policy.pdf.
Minutes of Steering Committee meetings and telecons are available for all here. Any Survey Co-I may propose any agenda item for a Steering Committee meeting. Steering Committee and PI Management open documents.
